Robert Leroy Moore

Robert L. (Bob) Moore, Jr., died Monday, May 1, 2023, at his home in Libby.  He was born at Long Beach, California on September 25, 1940, to Robert L. Moore Sr. and Alma Provost Moore.  He was raised in California and served in the U.S. Navy following high school. 

Robert and his family resided at Alturas, California until coming to Libby in 1976.  He had been employed as a surveying engineer for the U.S. Forest Service until his retirement.  Following his retirement, Robert had been a seasonal employee for the City of Libby.  His wife Beverly preceded him in death in 2007.

Robert is survived by his daughter Wendy Moore of Hayden, ID; son Robert L. Moore III of Surprise, AZ; and 2 grandchildren, Haily and Ayden.
