Norma Jean Davis Obituary
Norma Jean Davis, 92, passed away on July 2, 2025. She was born on September 26, 1932, in Carson, Oklahoma and grew up in eastern Oklahoma in the 1930’s. Her dad was a ruff neck in the oil patch in the 1920’s. My mom learned to stick up for herself and she was always on my old man’s rear when he did dumb stuff. She ran the show, and I dearly loved my mom. Norma worked as a furniture seamstress, was the bread winner of the family, and she loved us. They moved to Libby in 1994. I took care of her after my dad died in 1996. Kerry was an only child and she was with him all the time. She loved to go with Kerry to pick up old cars all over the northwest. No matter where he wanted to go, she was always ready to go. Norma was lots of fun, a sweet lady and will be missed very much by her son. I hope to make it without her, “O my God what a treasure she was”, I LOVE YOU MOM. She is survived by her son, Kerry of Troy.
