Kathleen Williams, 99, of Libby, passed away Thursday, October 26, 2023 at the Libby Care Center of natural causes She was born December 30, 1923 in Bolton, Lanchester, England to George and Lily (Openshaw) Shields. Services will be held at a later date and a full obituary will run at that time. Arrangements are under the care of Schnackenberg Funeral Home of Libby.
