KYIE HUNTER MITCHELL

Kyie Hunter Nelson Mitchell, 17, died on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Eureka.  He was born in Chehalis, Washington on January 31, 2004 and moved to Eureka in 2009.

Kyie was a very special boy.  He couldn’t walk or talk, but always found a way to let you know what he needed.  His smile was beyond words.  Kyie never met a stranger. He smiled at everyone he met.  He loved, and everyone loved him.

Kyie was preceded in death by his Grandpa Gerald Mitchell and Grandma Peggy Jo Nelson.

Survivors include his mother Sandra Mitchell; grandmother Debra Mitchell; sisters Syierria and Alisha; brothers Dillion and Gerald; Uncle Jim; Aunt Sarah; and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins; his dad Phillip Nelson; grandfather Keith Nelson and his caregiver LaCynda Danaway..

Viewing will be from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon on Monday, December 27, 2021 at the Schnackenberg Funeral Home in Eureka; services will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Arrangements are by Schnackenberg Funeral Home in Eureka.  Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.schnackenbergfh.com.
