Joshua Bryant Nelson
April 2, 1990 – February 28, 2026
Joshua Bryant Nelson, 35, passed away on February 28, 2026. Born on April 2, 1990, Joshua lived a life marked by deep love for his family and lasting friendships in both Montana and Texas.
Josh was a son, brother, grandson, uncle, cousin, and friend whose presence will be deeply missed. He is survived by his grandparents, John and Judy Galloway; his mother, Nancy Hinojosa and her husband Pete Hinojosa; his father, Mark Nelson; and his sisters, Jessica Kinkaid, Chelsea Beets, and Breyanna Henning.
He was a proud uncle to his nieces Aubrey, Ashtyn, and Brady, and his nephews Kase, Hayes, and Holder, each of whom brought him immense joy. Joshua also leaves behind many beloved cousins and friends across Montana and Texas who will forever cherish his memory.
Josh will be remembered for his one-of-a-kind view on life, his amazing heart, and the way he showed up for the people he loved. Josh always wanted to help others who weren’t given a fair chance in life. His memory will live on in the stories shared, the moments remembered, and the love he gave so freely.
A Celebration of Life will be planned in honor of Josh, with details to be announced at a later time.
“I hope the most beautiful things find their way to you, and when they do, I hope you never forget that you are worthy of every single one of them.”
