John Sidney Hancock

John Sidney Hancock, 80, of Troy, MT, died at his home in the Yaak of a heart attack on January 11, 2024.  He was born May 3, 1943, in Boston, MA, to Henry W. and Rachel (Atkinson) Hancock.  He is survived by his wife Lynn Hancock; his cats Smoky & Freddie; and numerous loving relatives and friends.  There will be no public services.  Memorials may be sent to Kootenai Pets for Life.  Arrangements were under the care of Schnackenberg Funeral Home of Libby.  Online condolences and memories may be shared by visiting www.schnackenbergfh.com.
