Gregg T Baney

Gregg Thomas Baney, 56, died on December 26, 2020 in Eureka.  He was born on November 25, 1964 at Whitefish, Montana to Evan Duke and Catherine Baney.  He graduated from Lincoln County High School in Eureka.

Gregg loved working outdoors, from Montana to Alaska. He worked for Hecla, Greens Creek Mine in Juneau, Alaska.  He married Tina Pacella and they later divorced.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his son Frank Baney, Hillsboro, OR; siblings Scott Baney; Paula Baney; Matt Baney; nieces Candice Middleton and son Jackson; Katrin Steward (Jonas) and sons Payton and Hunter; and nephews Jake Armstrong and Daymond Baney.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at the 1st Baptist Church in Eureka.   Arrangements are by Schnackenberg Funeral Home in Eureka.  Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.schnackenbergfh.com.
