EDGAR CARL FARNHAM

Edgar Carl Farnham, 80, died on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at Libby Care Center. He was born on June 26, 1940 at Sacramento, California to Edgar and Agnes Farnham.  He graduated from high school in San Juan.

Edgar married Rita A. Tillett at Carson City, Nevada and they were married for 62 years, 4 months and 8 days.  He worked for AT & T in California and for 7 years in New York.  He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, 4th Degree; the Elk’s Club and Native Son of California.  He was an avid golfer, hunter and fisherman.

He was preceded in death by a sister Barbara Beard.

Survivors include his wife Rita Farnham, Troy, MT; sons Carl A. Farnham, Washoe Valley, NV; Howard V. Farnham, Troy, MT; a sister Jan Olk; 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Parish vigil will be at 7:00p.m., Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Schnackenberg Funeral Home in Libby.  Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Friday, June 11, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Libby.  Arrangements are by Schnackenberg Funeral Home in Libby.  Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.schnackenbergfh.com.
