Donna B (Pattie) Asbridge

It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to Donna, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, who passed away peacefully at the age of 90 on May 11th, 2024. Born March 5, 1934, in Williston, ND to Donald Pattie and Hazel Dailey, Donna led a life filled with compassion, devotion, and unwavering strength. Donna married twice, preceded in death by Harry Burrell and Floyd Asbridge.

Donna's greatest joy lay in her role as a devoted mother of three, Donald Burrell, Christopher Burrell, and Esther Fowler; grandmother of 10; great-grandmother of 28; and great-great-grandmother 15. Her family was the cornerstone of her life, and she cherished every moment spent surrounded by their love and laughter.

In the community, Donna dedicated herself to nurturing young minds. Her classroom was a sanctuary of learning, creativity, and boundless possibility, a testament to her unwavering belief in the potential of every child. Donna was a beacon of light, offering support, guidance, and compassion to all who crossed her path, volunteering for Girls Scout, lending a helping hand to those in need, or simply offering a listening ear to those in distress.

In honoring Donna's memory, let us celebrate the extraordinary life she lived. Graveside services will be 11:00 am, Saturday, May 25th at Milnor Lake Cemetery. Reception following at VFW Troy. May she rest in eternal peace, knowing that she was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.
