CECIL E GOFF

Cecil E Goff, 44, left us on January 15th, 2020.  He was on the mountain logging in the Libby area that cold sunny morning with a chainsaw in his hands when the Lord called him home.  He was born to Cecil and Leona Goff December 13th, 1975.  He was raised in Eureka and graduated from Lincoln County High School in the class of 1995. 

For such a short time here on earth he made great impressions on those who knew and loved him. 

He was passionate about family, hard work and time spent with his many friends.  His presence here on earth will be greatly missed.

His love for children was always evident.  When he told them to “listen up” he made sure that they heard the words of wisdom he had to share or the lesson he had to teach.

From a young age he made a living and a life in the woods logging.  Successfully building his own logging operation Goff Works Clipping LLC.

Supporting local causes and fund raisers in his hometown of Eureka was something he generously contributed to.  He was always very giving to those in need. 

He loved mud bogging, building and driving demolition derby cars as well as the race family that he gained along the way.  He enjoyed the outdoors, snowmobiling, dirt biking, wrestling and campouts.  No campfire was complete without his endless conversations late into the night.  He truly loved life and he was very proud of his family. 

He is survived by his parents, brothers Bill and Lee Williamson, wife Jessica, sons Brian and Joshua and granddaughter Oaklynn.

A memorial will be held February 1st at 2:00 PM at the family residence, 2141 US Hwy 93 North Eureka.
