I will always remember Aubyn. A real trooper and friend to all. I remember the night she snd David along with Sue stopped in to tell us she was thinking of getting involved in politics. The power was out so we sat around with candles blazing discussing her involvement and we could see how powerful she would be. When in office she visited her constituants to be sure she tepresented them fully and tried her best to take care of their interests. We will not see her like again.

We were trying to decide how long we have known Dave and Aubyn. It's been about 20+ years, years that we shared so much. Of course there was always politics and campaigns. I visited with Aubyn in Helena a few times and was impressed with her dedication. We shared meals, PIE, going door to door before elections, hard times with family members, prayer, and stories. Wonderful stories of time past including joy and heartache stories. Dave and Aubyn were a team always. Now they are together again.

On August 9, 1963, Aubyn, Dave and children arrived at Marston Mtn Lookout with a birthday cake and ice cream to celebrate my 19th birthday. I have never forgotten this act of kindness from these wonderful people. My deepest sympathy for your loss. Randy Gay

We have lost one of Montana's true hero's. I had the privilege of serving with her in the '09 session. One of the most principled and dedicated persons I have ever met. She was a shining example of integrity, strength in adversity and honesty. A real lady in every sense of the word. God has gained, we have lost. Our sympathy to the family.

I know that words are inadequate at a time like this, but I wanted you to know how very sorry I am for your loss. May you find comfort in God's promise at Isaiah 25:19.
